This model is for simple switching on / off from a separate wired switch e. Light switch, spur connection unit etc. Timer - This model has a built in run on timer which means the fan comes on when you turn on the room light and then continues to run for a pre-set time after the light is switched off adjustable.
Between 1 and 30 minutes. To function correctly a permanent live, switched live and neutral connection (3 wires, excluding earth) needs to be connected. This model has a built in humidity (condensation) sensor which automatically switches the fan on when condensation is detected.Trigger point adjustable 60 / 90% relative humidity. It will continue to run until the condensation is cleared, and the pre-set run on time has elapsed. It can also be operated in conjunction with the room light switch. When the light is switched on the fan will turn on and continue to run on for the pre-set time after the light is switched off. This type of fan should have a permanent live connected at all times.
